1. Use of the platform
The uLesson Group Careers is provided to candidates applying for roles at Miva Open University and uLesson. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete assessments yourself, without unauthorised assistance, automation, or impersonation.
2. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Intellectual property
Assessment content, questions, and the platform itself are owned by Miva. You retain ownership of work you submit but grant Miva a licence to use it solely for evaluating your application.
4. Prohibited conduct
No scraping, reverse engineering, sharing assessment content, or attempting to bypass security or proctoring.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the hiring process.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
